One of my most favorite books ever!!! I love the insight it gave to the plight of the citizens of Afganistan and made me appreciate the little things in life we take for granted - like reading and writing and flying kites.
I just loaned our copy to a friend who reads more often than we do. I really want to read it, my mom doesn't read that often and she devoured that book. It is gripping from the first page, and you need to plan to clear your schedule, so I intend to read it on vacation. I don't think you can go wrong with this choice!
